Ms. Olsen has over 24 years of technical and business experience leading business units from strategic ideas through successful implementations and operations for the enterprise. Using a variety of change management techniques, geared towards the individuals’ needs, she advises and leads global enterprise, strategic, regulatory, and technical initiatives as well as develops sustainable operational practices.

She has held executive and management positions for a Fortune 100 global pharmaceutical company from 1998 – 2008. Previously, she spent 11 years managing people, process and technology transitions for multiple clinical and business departments for a community hospital.

Ms. Olsen also has nonprofit leadership experience including the Pharmaceutical Safety Institute, the Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Delaware Valley, and the Lenape Valley Foundation.
