In a long-term effort to revitalize 15-year old safety-focused public health Partnership between 160 member organizations and a federal Agency – including development of new definition of Partnership, individual and group consultations with, and research on, current and prospective Partners, as well as Summit discussion of findings and follow-on efforts – IMPACT brought together federal Agency leadership and staff with leadership from current and proposed Partners.


Orchestrating private sector side of effort toward converting Soviet-era biotechnology research to non-weaponry research for purposes of healthcare improvement and economic development, we negotiated, designed, and conducted leadership roundtables and training on bioethics and related oversight structures for scientific leadership from Russia, Georgia, and Kazakhstan – a cross-Agency, cross-sector, and international collaboration.


In an effort to strengthen the ability of executive groups characterized by conflicting priorities, diverse organizational cultures, and different meeting styles to engage in productive interagency collaborations, designed and delivered an effective and time-saving Meeting Management approach for inter-Agency collaborations, improving their ability to work together to manage conflicts and produce desired outcomes across silos.


Addressing controversial World Health Organization draft guidance complicated by conflicting public and policy agendas, IMPACT designed and facilitated multi-stakeholder Retreat to develop international consensus and on-going strategies for cross-sector international effort.


Bridging vested interests of government, industry, and academia, advised on structure, strategy, and projects of two non-profit organizations (an Association and a Foundation) dedicated to providing solutions to healthcare and research issues.


Teaming with constituents’ leadership to develop and coordinate economic development public-private partnership, brought together federal, state, and local government with local Headquarters of companies, resulting in U.S. Presidential Citation for model training and development Center.
