DEVELOPMENT, DUE DILIGENCE and CAPACITY BUILDING

In order to support and strengthen planning, decision-making and action IMPACT provides research, analysis and implementation at three levels of R&D or healthcare organization growth or change:  Enterprise; Product or Service; and Operations or Project level.

We focus on feasibility vs. viability, due diligence, the interplay between innovation and performance and the importance of cultural factors at each level.  This includes focusing on strategy, international and domestic standards and practices, ethics, safety, effects of public policy and challenges of implementation among other key factors of sustainability.

ALLIANCES, PARTNERSHIPS and COALITIONS

To build and develop a range of collaborations, whether between R&D or healthcare organizations or across multiple stakeholders in biomedical and healthcare, IMPACT evaluates structure and governance for efficiency and outcome effectiveness--especially in relation to any larger Development and Capacity-building initiative of which they are a part.  In addition, IMPACT also facilitates and mediates the collaborative mechanisms and relations that are critical to getting results.

OUTREACH, CULTURAL COMPETENCE and COMMUNICATIONS

To implement targeted and culturally-appropriate outreach and communications supporting clinical research-related public health and safety activities as well as innovations in R&D and healthcare, IMPACT provides qualitative and quantitative research and analysis including surveys, interviews, group consultations and summits in addition to supportive materials and websites.  IMPACT also provides strategy assessments in order to define issues, refine approaches, develop content and reach often hard-to-access audiences.
